SYMBIOSIS is a new exhibition presented by Zhou B Art Center KC in collaboration with Imagine That KC, a creative arts program dedicated to supporting artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities in developing their artistic practices and sharing their work with the world.

Inspired by the patterns, repetition, growth, and transformation found throughout nature, SYMBIOSIS explores how artists observe, interpret, and reimagine the natural world through line, texture, form, rhythm, and material.

The exhibition also celebrates what can happen when artists, organizations, and communities create alongside one another, bringing the work and unique perspectives of Imagine That artists into Zhou B Art Center KC and creating space for connection, creative exchange, and discovery.
