We offer 160 gated on-site parking spaces free of charge and included with your event rental. Valet services may also be contracted and hired.

What is the catering policy?

We have a closed catering policy and ask that clients choose from our approved catering partners. Current partners include Blue Pot Catering, Inspired Occasions, The Prospect KC, Olive Events, Jack Stack BBQ, Storia, and Seasons Classic Catering. Learn more on our Catering Partners page.

What is the bar policy?

All beverage packages are provided in-house, and outside beverages are not permitted. Beverage options include hosted open bar, consumption bar, and cash bar, with beer and wine, house, and premium packages available. Bar packages are priced per person per hour. Schedule a consultation for an exact quote.

What audio and visual equipment is included with the venue?

We offer audiovisual amenities including on-site rolling TVs, microphone capability in each room, and a projector in Timegate. Additional audiovisual vendors are permitted.

Is there elevator access and where is event load-in?

Elevator access is available on site. Event load-in is available through the loading dock located at the south entrance of the building. Zhou B Art Center is ADA accessible on all floors.

Is event insurance required?

Yes. We require a minimum of one-day event insurance from the event host. Specific liability requirements are outlined in the event contract.
