Exhibition Artwork Submission

Please fill out this form. The purpose for this is so we can have an inventory of artwork in the exhibition. We will create a online listing on our website and create title cards with linked QR Codes.

Please ensure that the information is proof-read for publication.

To apply to the upcoming exhibition please fill out this form. You can submit up to three (3) pieces for consideration.

Submissions must be uploaded as PDF’s following the attatched template.

The form does not automatically save.

TIMELINE OF EXHIBITION

  • Artwork Submission Due from Artist: Due April 15th

    • Please complete the form above. This ensures we can make title cards + a website listing. There will be no exceptions to late entries.

  • Artwork Drop Off: May 29th -May 30th (10 AM - 4 PM)

    • Location: 1801 E 18th Street Kansas City MO

    • Please take elevator to 2nd floor to Gallery. You will see a large TV, please take a left into the gallery and place artwork allow the window wall.

  • Installation Guidelines (Important):

    • Please ensure that all pieces are ready for hanging (Must be Wired on the Back)

    • All paintings need to have a Wire back for installation. Please ensure wire is taught and not loose to ensure piece is flush with wall and won’t risk falling/ damages

    • If artwork does not have hardware it will not be included in the exhibition.

  • Exhibition Opening: June 12th 6-9 PM

    • Free to Attend; Marketing Assets will be provided.

    • Guests encouraged to RSVP

  • Exhibition Duration: June 12th - August 20

  • Artwork Pickup Times

    • August 21st 10:00 AM - 5 PM

    • August 22nd 10:00 Am - 5:00 PM
