Scott is stepping into his “rewiring”—a new chapter after four decades in the apparel industry. What began as a professional journey defined by structure and pace now gives way to something more open: a chance to slow down, to see differently, and to create without constraint. There’s a quiet power in starting fresh at this stage of life. No expectations. No mold to fit into. Just a genuine curiosity to experiment, explore, and learn.
Creativity has always been close at hand. Scott grew up on the edges of it, surrounded by a mother who sang and played piano, a father who could build or fix almost anything, and a sister with a deeply creative spirit. Extended family members painted, made, and imagined. While those influences lingered in the background, they now come into focus.
This chapter is about rediscovery! Finding light from new angles, capturing unexpected textures, and embracing the freedom to create with fresh eyes.

Both legitimate of holding sacred space, to be acknowledged, nourished and visited over and over. For without the dream, what would happen? The wish, the dream is the mother of all discovery
About the Artist:
Phyllis Anne, p’anne, (Jenkins), was making art at 4 years old with her artist grandmother. During a career in marriage counseling, she followed her dream and opened a gallery/studio in California. Entering competitions, she achieved national interest in her art. In 2024, she moved her studio to Kansas City. A mixed media artist, her abstract style includes figurative, landscape, pure non-objective and sometime surrealistic work.
