Exhibition Artwork Submission - Feb 7th-March 26th

Please fill out this form. The purpose for this is so we can have an inventory of artwork in the exhibition. We will create a online listing on our website and create title cards with linked QR Codes.

Please ensure that the information is proof-read for publication. The info will be copied and pasted.

Please upload all works in consideration for the exhibition to this form. Each piece needs to be uploaded individually so that we can make title cards, run it as a listing online, and have a digital archive of the exhibition on the website.

Please contact Mellow Soul Group for how many pieces they are requesting of you.

If you have two pieces in the exhibition, please fill out this form twice (a form per piece) . If you have one piece, please fill out this form only once.

TIMELINE OF EXHIBITION

  • Artwork Submission Due from Artist: Jan 28th by 5 PM 

    • Please complete the form above. This ensures we can make title cards + a website listing. There will be no exceptions to late entries.

  • Artwork Drop Off: Jan 30- 31st (10 AM - 5 PM)

    • Location: 1801 E 18th Street Kansas City MO

    • Please take elevator to 2nd floor to Gallery. You will see a large TV, please take a left into the gallery and place artwork allow the window wall.

  • Installation Guidelines (Important):

    • Please ensure that all pieces are ready for hanging

    • All paintings need to have a Wire back for installation. Please ensure wire is taught and not loose to ensure piece is flush with wall and won’t risk falling/ damages

    • If artwork does not have hardware it will not be included in the exhibition

    • Sculptures will need to have a podium brought in. Zhou B does not supply podiums

  • Exhibition Opening: Feb 7th

    • Open to Public View: 2-5 PM

    • Performances/ Gala : Doors open at 6:00 PM (Modern Cave); Exhibition continues to be open

  • Exhibition Duration: Feb 7th - March 26th

  • Closing Reception: Thursday March 26th (6-9 PM)

  • Artwork Pickup Times

    • March 26th (AFTER) the Reception at 9 PM

    • Friday March 27th : 10 AM - 5 PM

    • Saturday March 28th : 10 AM - 5PM
